I would say that thanatophobia does a tiny bit of something once you kill two survivors. It is pretty easy to keep one or both of the other survivors hurt at that point. If you have one down and one hurt it takes a bit longer for them to heal the down survivor as well. But it will once again be trash when the devs "fix" it.

In case you are not aware Thanatophobia triggers from dead survivors. This makes sense given the meaning of the perk. fear of death. But what the perk actually used to do was only traumatophobia - fear of injury. The old version of the perk was worthless and I would never consider using it. Considering generators have the highest "value" in regards to Thanatophobia due to it's percentage scaling it's nice to take a view on its actuall impact. One Survivor injured (which's average aslong as you're not a Nurse or don't face cheesy dive-squads), causes 6% slower repair speed. 6% of 80 seconds are obvious 4,8 seconds.
